To some, the word of God
Means nothing at all,
But to others, its more than
A way of living- its the law.
This is true with me
Because of the power of the word.
I think its the most
Amazing thing I've ever heard.
I have heard the word of God,
Different than the conventional way,
Of what other people woud think
Or expect me to say.
The spoken word for me
Came swift, strong, and firm.
It was the word "patience"-
Which I'm still trying to learn.
